We highly value personal privacy. While we would prefer not to collect any information regarding other persons, that would make it impossible to accomplish our objective of selling our products and accommodating visitors to our farm. Therefore we will collect and use information, but only as necessary and in accordance with this policy. This policy does not apply to anyone who uses any system of this website or email to make an unsolicited offer for sale of any service or product; anyone who makes such an unsolicited offer will be deemed a spammer and all personal or contact information of the spammer may be sold, exploited, published, or shared without restriction.

We will never rent or sell your personal information to anyone, nor give any other person your information except as described below under Information Sharing.

If there is any change to our privacy policy it will be published here before going into effect, and changed policies will apply only to information collected after the change is published.


Information we collect and how we use it

Information you provide will be collected and used as necessary to accomplish the purpose for which you provide the information.

If you ask to visit our farm or purchase products or services you will be required to provide contact and other information. We may use this information to communicate with you and fulfill any order.

We use mailchimp.com to manage our email list and its privacy policy will apply to information you provide to it. We use PayPal for credit card processing and its privacy policy will apply to information you provide to it. If you make a payment by check or other method, your information may be provided to our bank or other payment processor we use. We use Eventbrite for for online scheduling of visits to the farm shop and its privacy policy will apply to information you provide to it.

We will never spam you. If you sign up for our email list, the messages will be sent using Mailchimp and will include a link you may use to unsubscribe from future communications.

Cookies are needed for purposes including the completion of online forms and purchasing products. The use of cookies is standard on the Internet. The cookie itself does not identify you nor your email address and is not tied to personally identifiable information. We use the information it provides to help us improve the site and our service. Most browsers automatically accept cookies; however, you can usually change your browser to block cookies or notify you whenever you are sent a cookie, or to delete cookies when no longer needed. This gives you the chance to decide whether or not to accept the cookie. If you choose not to accept cookies it may interfere with your use of this site.

Our website and products are not directed to children under age 13, and we do not knowingly collect nor maintain information on any person under age 13 except those listed as guests.
